Just In: Uniabuja's SUG Speaks on 2019 PostUTME, debunks online rumors (Please Read)

The Students Union Government (SUG) has cleared the air as regards speculations over the internet on the forthcoming Pre-Screening (Post UTME).

In an interview with the Union's spokesperson Comr. Ozioma Collins Oguine he said:

"It came to our notice that there is an online rumor going round that Uniabuja PostUTME form will be out on the 6th of September and that there will be an alleged orientation on the 9th of September. Well let me say this to all Uniabuja Aspirants; please disregard those information, the Admission Committee are seriously working on the modalities for the the Pre-Screening and hence no information regarding the process has been officially revealed yet. So please will urge everyone to please disregard all false rumor. The SUG will keep the public informed on developments on the process as soon as details is made available to us. There's no official statement backing the claim that sales of post UTME Commences on the 6th of September and Orientation is on the 9th. However, we are very optimistic that the Pre-Screening process will commence this month"

When asked if the postUTME will be written, he said:
"Well there's a greater chance that the post UTME will be written. Although anything can happen. The committee might decide not to write anymore. Its strictly dependent on their decisions. So until a decision is made and officially released; i urge all students to read the subject relevant to their aspiring disciplines and be prepared".

He further said:
"I want to use this opportunity to advice all Uniabuja Aspirants NOT to give anyone money claiming to be agents of the University or Staff of the University for any purpose. Any information you need can be gotten on the Universities website or you can come to the University to get information from the Management. Nobody should sell past questions to you, or claim to organize tutorials for you, they are all aimed at exploiting you.  We also want to warn any individual or persons who are in the practice of defrauding students or intending to defraud aspirants of the University, that if you are caught, you will be dealt with seriously".

All Uniabuja Aspirants please take note of the Info.

More information will be released on the Admission process as they drop.
